Our firm assists business owners in creating affordable and valuable Employee Benefit solution packages to ensure they are attracting and retaining the best employee talent in their industry. We provide an online branded portal for benefit enrollment, onboarding, and Humana Resource support to assist in plan management. Our efforts allow companies like yours to focus on revenue producing activities instead of administration tasks. Kelly Spencer

Kelly Spencer

Kelly Spencer is a native to South Florida, and was raised in Palm Beach County. She is a wife to Daniel Spencer and has two sons, Aidan who is 14, and Liam who is 11. She began her career in employee benefits and financial planning in 2001, and has specialized in employee benefits for the past 19 years. She opened her own practice in January of 2006 at the age of 28 due to her love of helping employers and employees navigate through creating and maintaining employee benefit packages. Kelly believes that benefit packages need to be beneficial to the employer to attract the best talent to increase the growth of their companies while creating an affordable comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families.

Over the past 19 years, Kelly has strived to keep up with the ever changing environment in the employee benefits marketplace. Kelly has adapted her practice with strategies and resources to help educate her employers and add resources to enhance their overall needs in the benefit and human resource marketplace. Kelly wants employers to focus on income producing activities that will increase their revenues and outsource their benefits and human resource needs to our practice so they can focus on what drives their business. She is always looking for innovative ways to enhance her practice to create a streamlined approach for her clients to stay ahead of market changes and the needs of her clients and employees.

Lisa made South Florida her home a little under 30 years age with her husband Rick, and they raised their son and daughter here. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education & Elementary Education, a Florida 215, Series 7 & Series 66 license in Financial Services. Beginning her career in 2008 as the credit and housing bubble was in full swing, she found her passion for being a Financial Advisor & Employee Benefit Broker.

Lisa merged her business with Kelly Spencer and Rick Tourville after determining they had similar missions, which were to help business owners focus on growing their business instead of wasting time and money managing complex benefits programs.  

Lisa understands the concerns of business owners today, which include Business Growth, Employee Retention, Cash Flow Management, Exit & Transition Strategies. Lisa is passionate about helping business owners who protect themselves with the right benefits packagaes. She knows that they care about the people in their personal and business life, and are prepared to allow their businesses to grow.

Richard Tourville

Rick Tourville began his insurance and investment career in 1986 as a Risk Manager (inside insurance coordinator and administrator) for a major south Florida grocery chain. In 1999, he began Tourville, Spencer & Associates, Inc., a full-service insurance and investment firm. It became T. Spencer Samuels Insurance and Financial Services in 2018 when Lisa Samuels became a partner with Kelly Spencer and Rick Tourville. The motto of the firm for the last twenty years has been “Do the right thing for the client and you will be never ending successful.”
